Having being adopted by the Chamber of Representatives, the 2009 Finance Bill was presented by Mr. Sallaheddine MEZZOUAR, Minister of Economy and Finance, to the House of Councillors on Monday November 24th , 2008.
In this occasion, Mr. MEZZOUAR gave an address wherein he presented the broad lines of this finance bill.
