As part of its commitment to provide a service of quality and proximity, the Directorate General of Taxes (DGI) has just launched a mobile application called "Property Prices Framework ", which enables you to access reference prices regarding land transfer, handled by the (DGI) for the calculation of income tax for land profits (IR / PF).
Designed in two languages, Arabic and French, this application allows you to have access to the same information as the tax administration in property transactions.

The prices appearing on that application are average prices which do not represent in any respect a direct assessment of a property.
The data of this application are constantly updated according to the evolution of the real estate market, within the framework of a partnership with the National Federation of Real Estate Developers, the Corporation of Notaries, the National Agency for the Land Conservation of Cadastre and Cartography, Bank Al Maghrib, the Urban Agencies and the Ministry of Urban Planning and land Development.
