On Tuesday, November 16th 2010, Mr. Salah Eddine MEZOUAR, Minister of Economy and finance presented the 2011 finance bill to the house of councillors as adopted, on Friday the 12th, by the house of representatives with a majority of 105 votes to 41 and 17 abstentions.
