TAMWILCOM holds its 5th Board of Directors Meeting

Mrs. Nadia FETTAH, Minister of Economy and Finance, chaired, Wednesday December 28 the 5th meeting of the Board of Directors of the National Guarantee and Financing Enterprise Company (SNGFE), bearing the brand name TAMWILCOM. This meeting was mainly devoted to the examination and approval of the Strategic Plan of TAMWILCOM for the period 2023-2026, as well as the adoption of the budget for the financial year 2023.

At the opening of this meeting, the Minister recalled the current economic context, marked by a gradual recovery from the aftermath of the Covid-19 pandemic. In this regard, she underlined the commitment of TAMWILCOM for the accompaniment of the strategies of public authorities in terms of financing the national productive fabric.  

Mrs. FETTAH also welcomed the positive results recorded by TAMWILCOM from 2017 to 2021, upon the completion of its Development Plan for the period 2017-2021. A remarkable five-year plan that reached an achievement rate of 140%, excluding products set up during Covid-19 crisis, as well as an average annual growth rate of 15%, and more than 130 billion DH to support the financing of VSMEs during the period, thanks to the contributions of TAMWILCOM.

The Board had subsequently examined TAMWILCOM's roadmap for the next four years. The new Strategic Plan of TAMWILCOM for the period 2023-2026 identified six key points, mainly facilitating the financing for VSEs, small business and SMEs investment, in line with the guidelines of the Government and the Institution’s role. Accordingly, a volume of commitment of 31 billion DH is expected for the year 2023, mainly as part of the guarantee activity for VSMEs.
