​The organization in Morocco of the 9^th edition of the African Development Forum (ADF), October 15^th 2014, reflects the Kingdom's position in Africa, said Wednesday in Marrakech, the Senegalese President, Mr. Macky Sall.

"This Forum organized by the UN Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA) is held for the first time outside of Addis Ababa, the capital of the African Union", President, Mr. Macky Sall told journalists shortly before his departure from the Marrakech International Airport, adding that "it is a pertinent choice that reflects the position and the role of Morocco in Africa".

"Upon an invitation of HM the King, I took part in the 9^th (AFD) in Marrakech and I had the honour of meeting with the Sovereign in Rabat where we had long talks on the "deep and historical relations between the two nations which are continuously getting stronger and more diversified", he added.
