The Ministry of Economy and Finance is participating in the fourth edition of the GITEX Africa Morocco exhibition, held from April 7 to 9, 2026 in Marrakech, under the High Patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God assist Him. Held under the theme of the continent’s digital sovereignty and the integration of artificial intelligence as a lever for economic growth, this event- seen as the largest African gathering dedicated to technology, innovation, and the start-ups ecosystem- is organized by the Ministry of Digital Transition and Administration Reform, in partnership with the Digital Development Agency (ADD).
Through this participation, the Ministry is showcasing a range of innovative digital platforms and solutions aimed at improving the quality of services provided to businesses and citizens. It is also an opportunity to highlight the efforts undertaken in terms of digitalization, particularly to simplify administrative procedures, enhance transparency, and facilitate access to public information. The Ministry’s stand is designed as a privileged space for exchange and demonstration, offering visitors the opportunity to concretely discover the deployed systems, understand their functionalities, and assess their impact on the modernization of public action. Dedicated teams are mobilized to assist and respond to the inquiries of a diverse audience composed of professionals, investors, startups, as well as representatives of national and international institutions.
This participation is part of a broader dynamic supporting the digital transformation of public administration and fostering the national digital ecosystem. It also reflects the Ministry’s commitment to leveraging the opportunities offered by this major event to strengthen partnerships, explore new avenues for cooperation, and identify investment opportunities with leading technology players.
