Annual ranking of the most active Treasury Securities Primary Dealers (IVT) on the Treasury bill market for the year 2025

In accordance with the provisions of the agreements concluded between the Directorate of the Treasury and External Finance and the Treasury Securities Primary Dealer banks “IVT”, this Directorate publishes the annual ranking of the three most active IVT banks on the Treasury bill market.

​This ranking is established on the basis of the analysis of the performance of the IVT banks. The assessment takes into consideration the quality of their activity on the primary and secondary Treasury bill markets, their participation in active domestic debt management operations, as well as their compliance with electronic quotation commitments for Treasury bills. 

This assessment also takes into account the quality of the advice provided and the relevance of the information communicated to the Directorate of the Treasury.

On this basis, the ranking of the best performing IVT banks for the year 2025 is as follows:

1st: Attijariwafa Bank

2nd:  BMCE Capital

3rd:  BCP
