Adoption of a decree on the Professional Body for Chartered Accountants

On Thursday, April 14, 2022, the Council of Government adopted the draft decree No. 2.22.193 adopting the internal regulations of the Professional body for Chartered Accountants.
Presented by the Minister of Economy and Finance, Mrs. Nadia FETTAH, this text comes to determine the regulatory and procedural provisions provided by Law No. 127-12 regulating the profession of chartered accountant and establishing a Professional body for Chartered Accountants (OPCA), in order to enable the bodies of the latter to carry out the missions entrusted to it under the law.
