The Council of Government approves the decrees accompanying the 2020 Finance Bill

The Council of Government reviewed and approved,Thursday, October 17th 2019 in Rabat, the decrees accompanying the Finance Bill for the year 2020. This includes three decrees that delegate power to the Minister of Economy, Finance and Administration Reform, Mr. Mohamed BENCHAABOUN:
- Decree No. 845-19-2 regarding domestic borrowings and the use of any other financial tool.
- Decree No. 846-19-2 concerning external borrowings;
- Decree No. 847-19-2 to enter into loan agreements for the repayment of expensive foreign debt and hedging arrangements regarding interest rates and currency swap.
