Annual ranking of the most active Treasury securities intermediary banks (IVT) in the Treasury bill market for the year 2017

In accordance with the provisions of the agreement : the Treasury department-IVT Banks, the Treasury and External Finances Department publishes the annual ranking of the three most active IVT banks in the Treasury bill market.

This classification is based on the assessment of the activity of the intermediary banks in Treasury securities which takes into account the quality of the contribution in the primary and secondary treasury bill markets and participation in the active domestic debt management operations, meet the commitments of the e-listing of the Treasury bills and the quality of the advice provided and the information displayed by these banks to the Treasury Department.

On this basis, the ranking of the first three IVT banks for the year 2017 is as follows:

  • 1st : Attijariwafa Bank ;
  • 2nd : BMCE Capital ;
  • 3rd : CDG Capital
