The 2nd edition of the International Conference of Public Finance Institutes of Africa (CIFP 2017)

The Institute of Finance, under the Directorate of Administrative and General Affairs, organizes, from November 21st to 23rd 2017 in Marrakech, in partnership with the Higher Specialization Program in Public Finance (PSSFP) of Cameroon and with the support of Expertise France, the 2nd edition of the International Conference of Public Finance Institutes of Africa (CIFP 2017), under the theme: "The new governance of public finances: towards innovative models including the gender perspective and sustainable development".

This conference is part of the Ministry's 2020 strategic vision of opening up to our partners in Africa, including training institutes and organizations, to enhance networking and boost pooling and synergies for the exchange of expertise and the sharing of good practices.

This event will be an opportunity to discuss the themes of the new public financial governance. The conference includes panels presented by international experts and managers of finance institutes from more than 40 countries. Training workshops on climate finance will be organized on the sidelines of the conference.

The conference will be devoted to the creation of the network of public finance institutes in Africa, committed to support the reforms initiated in these countries and strengthen South-South synergy in capacity building.
