The Minister of Economy and Finance receives the President General of the Africa50 Fund

Mr. Mohammed BOUSSAID, Minister of Economy and Finance, received Tuesday, July 12th, 2016 in Rabat, Mr. Alain EBOBISSÉ, CEO of Africa50 Fund, Pan-African infrastructure investment platform.

During this meeting attended by Mrs. Yacine Diama FAL, the resident-representative of the African Development Bank in Morocco, the Minister and the Director General discussed ways for cooperation.

It is noteworthy that Africa50 is a financial institution specialized in infrastructure, initiated by the African Development Bank and whose Africa50 constituent General Assembly was held July 29th, 2015 in Casablanca, Morocco. This investment fund, based in Casablanca, Morocco, aims to help accelerate the development of infrastructure in Africa. To date, 22 African countries have subscribed to the capital of Africa50: Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Congo, Ivory Coast, Djibouti, Egypt, Gabon, Ghana, Kenya, Madagascar , Malawi, Mali, Mauritania, Morocco, Nigeria, Niger, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Sudan, Gambia and Togo. ​
