Highlights

The General Tax Directorate has launched its new Internet portal in a fully consolidated, attractive and lively version. The portal was designed on the basis of optimized ergonomics and with a view to a simple and easy navigation for quick access to information.

The new sectioning of the portal provides four distinct spaces to meet users’ different requirements: section dedicated to "Your efforts & Tax Briefly", the “SIMPL Teleservices” section, the "Legislation & regulation," section and the "Repository property prices" section.

• Your actions & Taxes in brief: provides a quick and a simplified overview of the different approaches of users with the tax administration and their tax liabilities. It includes various educational links and practical information (FAQs, tax forms, your applications for certificates, restitution or refund, your tax deadlines, your taxes in short, the categorization process, a legal and fiscal lexicon , fiscal and tax guides explained to Kids).

• SIMPL Teleservices: enables access to remote services developed by DGI to carry out the reporting requirements and online payment, request and receive certificates online, and soon make online complaints.

• Legislation & Regulation: provides the public with all the current tax documentation (international agreements, the General Tax Code, local taxes, decrees, orders, circulars notes, fundamental issues, taxpayers charters)....

• Repository property prices: gives access to repositories of 17 cities, with navigation by city, card or boulevard, avenue, street or area (Agadir, Beni Mellal, Casablanca, El Jadida, Fez, Kenitra , Marrakech, Meknes, Mohammedia, Nador, Oujda, Rabat, Salé, Settat, Tangier and Tetouan Temara-Harhoura).

As for home page, an animated advertising area allows users to immediately see what's new in tax matters.

A powerful search engine is also available to them.

Moreover, this page suggests links your opinion and your suggestions to collect proposals for improving the tax laws and regulations as well as the operating modes of the tax administration.

Sections introducing the Directorate General of Taxation are also available. It addresses its missions and achievements, and displays its directory and useful contacts.

The Internet portal will be soon available in Arabic, Amazigh, French, Spanish and in the mobile version.
