​The House of Councillors approved Wednesday, December 9th, 2015 by a majority at a plenary meeting, the Finance Bill under the 2016 financial year (PLF 2016), after adoption of the second part of the project.

Thus, 47 councillors voted in favor, 18 against, while 21 councillors abstained.

Mr. Mohammed BOUSSAID, Minister of Economy and Finance, stressed Tuesday, December 8th 2015 at the plenary session devoted to the response to the statements of councillors, that the Finance Bill for the year 2016 is a voluntary, ambitious and integrated project built to enshrine the acquis and continue the efforts to ensure a decent life for citizens.

"This project is a realistic framework that does not respond to a technical or accounting approach, but it aims to further the reforms with the same determination, will and courage for the establishment of conditions that ensure a decent life for citizens in all regions of Morocco, "stated the Minister.
