Mr. Mohammed BOUSSAID, Minister of Economy and Finance led a large Moroccan delegation to represent the Kingdom of Morocco in the work of the 3rd International Conference on Development Funding, organized by the UN in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia from July 13th to 16th , 2015.
This conference, which comes after two previous editions held respectively in 2002 in Monterrey (Mexico) and in 2008 in Doha (Qatar), aims to (I) evaluate progress in the implementation of the Monterrey Consensus (2002) and the Doha Declaration (2008) on funding development and (ii) agree at the intergovernmental level of a new common strategy on sustainable development funding and support for the implementation of post-2015 development agenda, the aim of the Global meeting scheduled in September 2015.
This worldwide event brings together Heads of States and Governments, Ministers, as well as international institutions, donors, and representatives of the private sector and civil society
