The House of Councillors unanimously approved Tuesday, April 28th , 2015, at a plenary meeting, the draft of the Organic Law on the Finance Act and this after the implementation of the legal effect of the Constitutional Council decision No. 950.14 (December 23rd , 2014).
The Minister Delegate to the Minister of Economy and Finance, in charge of the budget, Mr. Driss El Azami El Idrissi stated, on that occasion, that according to Article 134 of the Constitution, the government, in the new version of the draft of the Organic Law of Finance, took into account the remarks of the Constitutional Council.
Thus, the last paragraph of Article 6 of the Organic Law of Finance was repealed, the last paragraph of Article 52 was reformulated and amendments to articles 21, 27, 69 and 70 of this text were introduced, particularly with regard to the effective date of the Act.
