Tuesday, March 8th 2011, Mrs. Fouzia ZAABOUL, Director of Treasury and External Finance at the Ministry of Economy and Finance in Rabat together with Mr. Fumio HOSHI, Executive Director of the Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC), signed a Memorandum of strategic Understanding partnership between the Ministry of Economy and Finance and (JBIC).
On this occasion, Mrs. ZAABOUL and Mr.HOSHI welcomed the establishment of this Memorandum,
which aims to strengthen the economic cooperation between Morocco and Japan.
In this respect, Mrs. ZAABOUL stressed that this Memorandum is a timely initiative since Morocco becomes a region of rapid reforms and investments development which would enhance trade and investment flows between the two countries.
For his part, Mr. HOSHI indicated that this Memorandum will allow for the JBIC`s financial support of Japanese companies operating in Morocco, especially in energy and infrastructure fields.
