CMR -Moroccan Pension Scheme- wins 3 Certificates of Appreciation at Award AISS of Good Practices, Africa 2008

The AISS (International Association of Social Security) launched in June 13-23, 2008 a competition on Good Practices for Africa?. This award programme was set up within the framework of a triennial cycle and part of regional base to determine the best practices in the management of social security matters. The objective of the competition is to identify and raise the operators` awareness to the best practices in view of making the management of these organisations efficient.

The secretariat of the AISS received 27 bids from the 15 member representatives of 13 African countries. 18 good practices in total were obsolete by an independent jury. The CMR won three certificates of appreciation, two of which with special mention of the jury.

The prizes were awarded on November 18th, 2008 in a ceremony during the Regional Forum on Social Security (November 18-20, 2008) in Kigali, Rwanda .CMR won three prizes related to the following projects:
- Implementation of an actuarial management chart to pilot pension schemes.
- implementation of a service-till card for pensioners.
- implementation of a new online service related to a personalised management of members` requests
