The 2009 Finance Bill was approved by the Ministers Board held on October 14th 2008, in Rabat. During this council, Mr. Mezouar, Minister of Economy and Finance, gave a speech during which he presented the broad lines of the Finance Bill 2009.
This presentation was a start point for the beginning of parliament discussions cycle of the Finance Bill 2009 within the two Parliament Chambers: The Upper House and the elected lower House.
