Meeting between the Minister of Economy and Finance and the CEO of French Development Agency

Mrs. Nadia FETTAH, Minister of Economy and Finance, received, Friday May 9, 2025, Mr. Rémy Rioux, Chief Executive Officer of the French Development Agency (AFD), who is leading a large AFD delegation on a working visit to Morocco.
Mr. Rioux's visit is part of the new dynamic in Moroccan-French bilateral relations, spurred on by the new Enhanced Exceptional Partnership established during the French President's State visit.
Mrs. FETTAH and Mr. Rioux praised the quality of Morocco-AFD financial cooperation, and discussed ways of strengthening this cooperation and its development prospects.
At the end of their meeting, Mrs. Nadia FETTAH and Mr. Rémy Rioux reaffirmed their desire to build on the new dynamic in bilateral relations between Morocco and France to open up new horizons for AFD-Morocco financial cooperation, in the interests of both parties.
