At the beginning of this meeting, the Minister noted the level of distinguished relations between the two brotherly countries under the generous patronage of their respective monarchs, His Majesty King Mohammed VI, and the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, may God protect them.

Mrs. Nadia FETTAH also thanked the Saudi Minister of Commerce for the support that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia provides to the development projects of our country in various fields, especially those related to the ambitious structural and sectoral reforms that our country has undertaken in recent years.

The Minister also expressed her desire for this visit to be an opportunity to strengthen cooperation ties between economic actors in Morocco and Saudi Arabia to benefit from investment opportunities available in both countries and to raise the level of bilateral trade and joint investment projects.

For his part, Dr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Qasabi, Minister of Commerce of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, praised the strength of relations between the two countries, leaders and people. He also stressed the great interest that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia attaches to enhancing ties and prospects for economic cooperation with Morocco, diversifying its areas in view of the natural and human qualities of which the Kingdom is proud.
