In her opening address, the Minister thanked the members of the Board and the Governance Committees for their efforts to support the institution's position in the social welfare system. She also praised the measures undertaken by PMF to succeed in its passage to the accompanying control which will allow more flexibility in the management with the importance to continue to promote the conditions of good governance.

The President of the Board highlighted the PMF's implementation of its 2022-2024 strategic plan, which includes projects aimed primarily at continuously improving the customer experience through simplified and digitized procedures and the profitability of the financial portfolio while strengthening the management of the associated risks.

In relation to the reform of the retirement sector, in particular, the civil pension system, the Minister recalled the commitment of the government to accelerate this work. The aim is to ensure the financial sustainability of the systems and preserve the rights of affiliates and retirees while strengthening the central role of these systems in the mobilization of savings and financing of the National Economy.

At this meeting, the Board of Directors approved the new program contract between the State and the Moroccan Pension Fund for the period 2022-2024, which aims to achieve the objectives set within the framework of the institution's strategic orientations and to consolidate its role as a trustworthy actor for a transparent, efficient and agile management of the public pension.

It also approved the summary statements of the PMF for the fiscal year 2021 and adopted all the decisions and resolutions presented to it.
