Highlights

For this purpose, Mr. Mohamed Benchaaboun, Minister of the Economy, Finance and Administration Reform, indicated that this text aims to modify and complete the list of establishments and public enterprises mentioned in the appendices n° 1 and 2 attached to the organic law n° 02.12 and this through the following:

1. The introduction of the "Mohammed VI Fund for Investment" created under Law No. 76-20, in the list of strategic public enterprises, whose deliberation concerning the appointment of its managers takes place at the Council of Ministers and this, in application of the provisions of article b of annex n° 1 attached to the aforementioned organic law n° 02.12.
2. The name change of the "Hassan II Foundation of Social Works of Authority Agents of the Ministry of the Interior" appearing in the list of strategic public enterprises, whose deliberation concerning the appointment of its managers takes place at the Council of Ministers, in application of the provisions of article A of annex n ° 1 attached to the aforementioned organic law n ° 02.12, by "Hassan II Foundation for the social works of agents of authority and civil servants of the Ministry of Interior ". This change of name follows the reorganization of this institution under Law N°. 18.38.
3. The change of the name "Moroccan Financial Body in charge of the Casablanca Financial Center Project", included in the list of strategic public enterprises, whose deliberation concerning the appointment of its managers takes place at the Council of Ministers, in application of the provisions of article B of annex n° 1, by the name "Instance of the Financial Center of Casablanca". The change occurs following the publication of the decree relating to law 2.20.665 concerning the reorganization of the Financial Center of Casablanca.
4. The name change of the "General Council of Equipment and Transport", appearing in the list of public establishments for which the appointment of its managers is the subject of deliberation by the Council of Government, in application of article 'J 'of appendix n ° 2 by the name "General Council of Equipment, Transport, Logistics and Water". This modification follows the publication of Decree n°. 2.19.1094, which fixes the attributions and organizes the Ministry of Equipment, Transport and Logistics and Water, and under which the water sector has been integrated into the Equipment and Transport sector.
