Signing of a convention and agreement by the Minister of Economy and Finance in Kigali

At the signing ceremony held Wednesday, October 19th, 2016 in Kigali, which was chaired by His Majesty the King May God Assist Him, and the Rwandan President, the Minister of Economy and Finance signed a convention and agreement.
Thus, Mr. Mohammed BOUSSAID and Mr. Claver GATETE, the Rwandan Minister of Finance and Planning, signed a convention for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of fiscal evasion in income taxes.
Furthermore, Mr. BOUSSAID and Mr. Francis GATARE, CEO of the Rwanda Development Board and member of the Rwandan Government, signed an agreement on the promotion and reciprocal protection of investments
