Mr. Mohammed BOUSSAID, Minister of Economy and Finance, stated Wednesday, May 4th, 2016 in Casablanca, that the Arab countries and Japan put a lot of emphasis on the intensification of economic relations.
During his speech at the opening session of this Forum, the Minister stressed that the large number of participants in this meeting indicates the wish of both parties to fully invest in a mutually beneficial and advantageous partnership.
Mr. BOUSSAID also specified that this event aims to contribute to boosting economic cooperation and promote investment between the Arab countries and Japan in order to build a true win- win partnership.
It must be pointed out that this meeting planned for May 4th and 5th 2016, enables participants to discuss various issues and events including the development of economic relations and investment opportunities in Morocco, energy, environment, climate change, green economy and infrastructures.
In addition, the opening session of this meeting was also characterized by the speeches of Mr. Motoo HAYASHI, Japanese Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry, and Mr. Moulay Hafid ELALAMY, Minister of Industry, Trade, Investment and the Digital Economy.
