Mr. Driss EL AZAMI EL IDRISSI, Delegate Minister to the Minister of Economy and Finance in charge of Budget, received at the headquarters of his department, Monday, September 28^th, 2015, Mr. Román ESCOLANO, Vice-President of the European Investment Bank (EIB).

On this occasion, Mr. EL AZAMI EL IDRISSI chaired the signing ceremony of the loan agreement amounting to € 75 million for the financing of the "Improvement of Drinking Water Supply and Sanitation" program between Mr. ESCOLANO and Mr. Ali FASSI FIHRI, Director General of the National Office of Electricity and Drinking Water (ONEE). The ceremony was attended by Mrs. CHARAFAT AFILAL, Minister Delegate to the Minister of Energy and Mines in charge of water.

The main concern of the first phase of the "Improvement of Drinking Water Supply and Sanitation" program is the upgrading, rehabilitation and optimization of water production operations, distribution and sanitation across Morocco.
