Mr. Driss Azami El Idrissi, Minister Delegate in charge of the Budget, presented Thursday, December 27th, 2012 in the Council of Government, the bill on the clearance of the 2010 budget.
This bill includes provisions that set the final income and expenditurebalances of the period 2010, said the Minister of communications, the Government spokesman, Mr. Mustapha El Khalfi, during a press briefing at the conclusion of this Council.
Operating expenses increased,by the end of 2010, to 134.33 billion dirhams (dirhams), or 98.11% of fund assets, while capital expenditures amounted to nearly 47.59 billion dirhams, or 68.73%, specified Mr. El Khalfi.
In special Treasury accounts, expenditures reached 51.61 billion dirhams, or 112.78% of the fund assets. Investment expensesof the state agencies managed autonomously amounted to 3.13 dirhams, he added, noting that revenues reached nearly 57.14 billion dirhams, or 112.97%.
Mr. El Khalfi noted that this bill will be presented immediately to the Parliament within a period set by Act 76 of the Constitution, adding that the clearance of the 2011 budget billis being finalized for presentation early 2013.
