On April 6th 2009, the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, the Ministry of Economy and Finance together with Central Guarantee Fund (CCG) held a round table to explore the promising prospects of the FOGARIM scheme. The headquarters of the Ministry of Housing was the venue of this event.
This round table, which was moderated by both ministers, was an opportunity to assess the various performance indicators of this fund and devise measures to sustain the dynamic pace reported for the first trimester of 2009.
In fact, the number of loans granted for the first trimester of 2009 has risen by 5.6% compared to the trimester average of the previous year (2008).
Participants to this round table included all key players involved the financing process and the production of the low cost housing such as banks, public private real estate companies as well as district associations that provide assistance to beneficiaries from loans granted on the FOGARIM Scheme.
